On May 1 2008 a great article was written in the Wall Street Journal by Walter S. Mossberg that focused on how to avoid the cons that lead to indentity theft. Mossberg goes on to speak about human guallibity as the number one reason for users getting caught and that common sense, alertness, and careful email and Web-surfing practices can be your best defence.
Visa Launches Business Network on Facebook
With press already buzzing aronud the new Visa Small Business Facebook app, I thought it was only right to highlight the campaign. Right from the start, the landing page is extremely well done with simple navagation and a video explaining the program front and center.
Pay Yourself First Challenge
All around the blogosphere you see posts about a new contest by FNBO Direct called the "Pay Yourself First Challenge." Submit a one-minute YouTube video about what you are saving for and you're eligible for some cash prizes, such as $5,000 matched savings account... meaning if you deposit $5,000, they'll match it to make it a total of $10,000.
