Be careful when switching to Homestreet. I feel like everything I do with them is their first time in handling such a transaction. 1. the atm never works; it either doesn't have envelopes, goes down to Dos mode and freezes up or is just "out of commission" with a sign (at least at the South Center branch). 2. they will "attempt" to contact you and then cut off your debit card when they see a fraudulent looking charge (I didn't get any email or voice mail from them before I was cut off). 3. they are not available on the weekends at customer service so watch out if your card is cut off and it's the weekend! 4. when you do contact them you have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you
