Here is a summary of the important details:

• The Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents, 16 years of age or older, with primary address in the following Pennsylvania counties: Monroe, Carbon, Northampton, Lehigh, Berks, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Philadelphia.

• The promo period is from June 8, 2009 (12:01 AM Eastern Time) and ends on August 15, 2009 (11:59 PM Eastern Time).

• There are five ways to join. No purchase is necessary:

• 1. You will receive an automatic entry every time you use your Harleysville National Bank, East Penn Bank VISA Check Card or Harleysville National Bank, East Penn Bank VISA Business Check Card to make a signature-based (non-PIN) purchase or a PIN-based purchase.

• 1. Visit a participating Harleysville National Bank or East Penn Bank branch, fill out an entry form, and drop it in the entry box located in the bank. All entries must be in by the close of business day on Aug. 15, 2009.

• 1. Visit http://harleysvillebank.com/green, complete the entry form, and submit online. Limited to one online entry per person or email address per day.

• 1. You will also get an automatic entry every time you use Harleysville National Bank or East Penn Bank Web Bill Payment Service to pay a bill within the promo period.

• 1. Write your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and birth date on a 3″ x 5″ plain paper, put in a hand-addressed stamped envelope and mail to: Luckily Green Sweepstakes Alternate Means of Entry, ATTN: Marketing Department-Sweepstakes Coordinator, 483 Main Street, Harleysville, PA 19438. One entry per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by August 15, 2009 and received by August 21, 2009.

• You will also be entitled to one additional entry every time you sign up for an electronic service through the bank website or by visiting a Harleysville National Bank or East Penn Bank branch. Eligible services include free web statements, free Web Banking, free Web Bill Payment, free VISA® check card or VISA® Business check card, and free direct deposit service.

• Potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all entries received on or about September 30, 2009.
