Irwin Union Bank has come up with an exciting promotion. Here’s the deal: Open an 11-month CD with a minimum of $20,000 and get a free 22-inch HD LCD TC or an HD Camcorder! The promotion is available until August 31, 2009. A lot of people already gave credit to Irwin Union Bank for this promotion. It is definitely a lot better than the usual toaster given away by other banks.

The 11-month CD does not have a flat rate. You are required to type in your local zip code first and you will be given your area’s rate. Their 11-month CD rates can range from 1.75 APY to 2.60 APY. Though this sounds like a huge discrepancy, even the lowest rate is quite decent in today’s market.
