Capital One has a new offer for their Costco members. Starting last week, Capital One has introduced a new account called InterestPlus Online Savings. The main advantage of this account is the quarterly bonus of 10% on interest earned.
You can receive the 1.85% APY with a minimum balance of $5,000, but to earn the bonus you will need to consistently have $15,000 in your back account and a Costco membership to qualify. If you are able to keep the minimum, the effective APY will equal to 2.04% by the end of the year.
