One after another, banks are slowly converting their members to online banking. Bank of America is even in talks of cutting 10% of their branches due to online and mobile banking. To help convert users, each bank has their own offering. In the case of Union Bank & Trust Company, it is in the form of a contest. To be entered into the Win-a-Tree contest, all you have to do is call any branch or email care@ub-t.com to make the change from paper to e-statements. One prize of a $100 gift card towards purchases at a garden center will be awarded to one customer and the bank staff member who helps them.
