My understanding is that one of the requirements is that the house was purchased before 1/1/09
but what if you purchased after this date but lost your job after that ?? Is there any possibility of
qualifying ? Or, I hear about new money of about $ 75 B by the Feds are there any new requirements
that would allow for qualifying in the above circumstance ?
