Some Details
The TD Bank Visa Gift Card can be used internationally as well, but there will be a 1% fee assessed for those transactions. The Gift Card cannot be used for PIN based transactions, such as obtaining cash at an ATM. You may be able to use the card to partially pay for items that exceed the total value of the card, but be sure to let the merchant know how much to charge on the gift card or the card will be denied.
