How to Apply
To qualify for the offer, you must:
- Request your $200 coupon here
- Open an account with your coupon at your local Chase branch
- Deposit at least $5000 of new money (not previously held at Chase)
After you finish these steps, you should receive your $200 bonus, which will be deposited directly into your account, within 10 business days.
