Top 10 Labor Day Car Deals

By Marina Shifrin  Fri Sep 3, 2010

It’s that time of the year again: Summer is winding down and car discounts are gearing up. If you are considering a new car purchase, Labor Day weekend is one of the best times to do it. Thanks to Cars.com for digging through all the sales and finding the ten best deals for consumers based on the best remaining cash and loan incentives.

Incentive Definitions

Cash-Back Incentives: These are incentives put in place by the auto manufacturer to bring customers into the stores. You will most often see these as regularly advertised offers.

Dealer Incentives: These incentives are given to the dealer from the factory in order to sell the vehicle. Dealers won’t typically share these deals with the consumer, but if you find out what dealer incentives are offered you can try to lower the sticker price.
