“Apparently they are looking at my credit report”
I called just to ask about why I have to provide security questions every time I log in from home and after providing my social security number and account number was asked some strange question about knowing someone. The name sounded like my dad's name just misspelled but I nonetheless said I didn't know that person and asked where they got it and apparently it was off my credit report. I was told I had to either go into a branch or contact a credit bureau to continue. I hung up and called their main line to complain and it was "what the hell are you doing looking at my credit report?!?" and all I was told was "she shouldnt' have said "credit report." Great service, I'm glad "helpful banking" has come to Washington.
