“WaMu was better”

When Chase got Washington Mutual, I was at first excited. Then they took over online banking. Chase's online banking layout, everything about it sucks compared to the old Washington Mutual interface. It's really a shame.

Other than that, Chase has been pretty friendly to me and helpful with the one or two times I had fees to deal with. Sorry to be closing my account with them, but I switched to something more convenient to where I am now.
