“Pretty basic stuff”
I've been using Citibank since I came to NY 10 years ago and it's fairly basic. I haven't had any major problems with them and I avoid fees by having automatic deposit of my paycheck. However, I think my account is still labeled as a student account...haven't had time to work that out. The one thing that I do think works, though, are the "Thank You" points you accumulate and that you can redeem. One complaint is that they convinced me to sign up for a Money Market Account and they didn't tell me about the fee which was +/- $10 per month so I cancelled it.
