I'm a long time customer, and while I prefered the bank prior to it's being purchased, their sense of customer service is exemplary. I particularly recommend the South Beach branch, but have had only positive experiences at other locations.

“Really great service, no lines, awesome!”
This is the banking I grew up with - old-fashioned service. I couldn't believe that when I opened my account, I got the banker's actual cell phone number! There are no 800-numbers here to call. The lines are always short or non-existent. I just wish that they were open on Saturdays.
