Whenever i go in the branch, the whole staff welcomes you with a great smile. The best part, they remember the last conversation you had with them. They make you feel home. I have debit card of boa and whenever i use this debit card on international tours or out of state. Boa charges me a fee for using at non boa atms. I told analice at firstrust bank about boa debit card issue and she told me that firstrust bank doesn't charge its customers any atm fee if used at non firstrust atm, the other institution might charge me the fee but firstrust won't charge any fee and if i have pay premier checking account, i might get the atm fee refunded charged by other institution. Analice helped me in ordering firstrust debit card and now i can use it freely without any hesitation. Firstrust is my favorite bank.
