I inquired about a home equity loan and was fed lies and misdirection the whole time. Lack of customer service. Called to confirm receipt of documents 4 days after they were faxed and was told she hasn't looked at them yet. Horrible appraiser sent to my house that spent less than 5 minutes here. When I complained about him after the apprasal the Frost bank employees could care less. Obviously, they are in cahoots together in order to scam money off unsuspecting people.

Frost gave me a Lot Loan with 6% interest for one year, to build a home. I loved the loan, it was right for me; then I had a baby that year and needed an extension. So they gave me 10.25 percent p & now I can't save money. I'm going to let my lot go back. Frost did not want to work with me, they laughed at me.
