Horrible experience with Heritage Bank, they cheated me, and they'll cheat you too! You'd think that a smaller bank would have more personal customer service, but they make no attempt to contact you if something goes wrong, such as a fraudulent charge. When asked why they don't contact their customers, they responded that they have so many customers having problems that they don't have time or the resources to contact every customer when a problem surfaces with their account. Major banks will at least call you with a recorded message automatically, and perhaps an email too. You can find large banks with better customer service, and lower fees too! There is absolutely no reason to bank with this organization. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
