I telephoned to open an account and while awaiting the account package, one of the reps accessed by checking account to transfer a random $10,0000 without authorization, causing an overdraft fee. When I called to inquire I was bad mouthed by a child who basically told me it was my word against the rep who took my money! A second rep said a supervisor would sort the matter out in 24 hours. 36 hours later I am still waiting and livid!!!!

“Positive experience”
I've had cds with metlife for one yr now.
Never had any problems opening the accts nor funding.
Renewal was easy!
NO snags or hassles.
I recommend this bank.

“Great Bank with good rates and service”
I have a money market account that pays above what i can get from my credit union. It comes with checks and an ATM/Debit card and i get reimbursed for ATM fees. I do everything online anyway, so it's not a big deal for me to use an online bank. I save on other metlife products as well because I also have my mortgage with them; which I also got at a much better rate than my local credit union. Over all i am very happy.
