“GOOD RATES - BAD SERVICE”
This bank made a major administrative error. The bank manager did not rectify, admit or apologize for it, other than to offer me the ability to make a one-time change if CD rates went up (they didn't). In addition, I've had several conversations with incredibly snotty young women who seem to think they're doing me a big favor rather than doing their job. I'm really not a crank - just want other people warned....
“horrible customer service”
Unfortunately I have not had the same experience with Commerce bank as the other reviewers. The customer service is horrible- the employees that I have interacted with do not come across as people, just greedy mechanical beings out to get your money. I was charged fees for a free checking account and after bringing it to their attention it took them 90 DAYS to fix the error and even then they only refunded half of my money that they had taken. The branch manager did not apologize and did not even acknowledge their mistake after refunding my money. I would not recomment this bank to anyone for personal or business use.
“Love the bank hours”
Overall, I liked Commerce Bank - signing up for an account, re-ordering checks, the online banking interface and setting up the account jointly with my wife.
What I love more than anything is the flex operating hours (either via the lobby or drive thru window). Their hours of operation makes this a great bank for those with limited time available for banking.
“Love It!”
Great customer service, great hours and they are everywhere! Checking account rates/features aren't much to brag about but if you have a certain level of funds in your account they refund ATM fees.
“i love commerce”
for my banking needs (which are kind of minimal at this point), commerce is great because they don't charge any fees, and their customer service is outstanding. couldn't be happier with them.
