“The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing”
The West Coast Florida Branches are still doing many procedures "by hand". Different stories, explanations by different tellers etc every visit. No one seems to know how to do their jobs effectively without conferring/checking with someone else. Extra ordinary amount of time to do the simplest procedures. Rude, snobby people. You would think that handing over $26,000 dollars into CD's, checking, IRA they would be appreciative but what I have found is that they always act like they are doing you a favor serving you.
