“No hassles and helpful - far better than other online banks ”
Not sure what others saw before, but I've had no problems at all. Got stuff done on time, friendly when I called (don't really like to call but every now and then you have to).
I have a 'real' account at Flushing too but iGobanking offered the best CD rate when I was looking a few months ago (plus got a gift at the time).
I've had accounts with several online banks (ING for a while) and they had the teaser rates that always went down, down, down until I had to keep hopping around. Too much hassle.
For what it's worth, I recommend these guys - they have been good for me.

“Awful”
They advertise so great. The website changes what your available balance is and then they hold your deposits for longer than the 3 business days. There is no listing telling when the check will clear. And they say the available balance is the full amount one day and then change it to very little. Then they make lots of fines. How can you earn any interest doing that. And you can't figure out when the money will be available for your mortgage payment and then you get lots of fees. What is the use of online banking and bill pay if it works like this.
