The card

PNC CashBuilder Visa Credit Card has no annual membership fee. The card earns:

  • 1.75% cash back on purchases with a PNC Performance Select checking account.
  • 1.50% cash back on purchases with a PNC Virtual Wallet with Performance Spend or PNC Performance checking account.
  • 1.25% cash back on your CashBuilder net purchases.

If your spending level doesn’t qualify you for higher cash back earnings, you can earn bonus rewards on your net purchases when you have a qualifying checking account and meet minimum balance or direct deposit requirements.

There is no limit to the amount you can earn, and your cash back rewards never expire.

You will receive an introductory 0% APR on balance transfers for the first 12 billing cycles after you open the account and after the balance is transferred within the first 90 days. After that, a variable APR (currently 12.99% to 21.99%) will apply to you based on creditworthiness. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.
