First Dakota National Bank has announced a merger in which Bank 360 will become a part of First Dakota National. The merger adds three branches to First Dakota National Bank’s 14-branch network in South Dakota.
Larry Ness, chairman and CEO of First Dakota National Bank, said that banking services will not be affected during the merger.
The merger is subject to regulatory approval but it is expected to close in late 2012 to early 2013.
