BofI Federal Bank, parent of popular online-banking units including Bank of Internet USA and UFB Direct, has introduced another new division — NetBank.
NetBank offers a savings account, a checking account and certificates of deposit (CDs) that have terms of three months to 60 months.
The most noteworthy account is the NetBank’s checking account, which is a non-interest-bearing online checking account. In addition to great perks like mobile deposit, a rewards program and person-to-person payments, customers can fund their accounts with MoneyPak (a cash reload card that is available for purchase at retail locations.)
