Three of the biggest banks in the country are very likely victims of a new round of cyber attacks designed to render bank websites inaccessible.
Today, Chase, PNC Bank and U.S. Bank websites were down for many customers during certain parts of day. The banks were among the list of targets that was previously released by a hacker group.
In previous cyberattacks, the group sent large amounts of traffic to bank websites — preventing customers from accessing their accounts. Remember, if you are inconvenienced by these cyberattacks, there are ways you may be able to access your accounts.
