City Bank of Texas announced that it has raised the limit for its mobile check deposit service, which lets customers use their smartphones to deposit a check without visiting a branch or ATM.
Customers can now deposit checks that are $3,000 and less. Previously, City Bank imposed a maximum for mobile check deposit of $1,000.
Daily deposit limits can vary and change upon the bank’s discretion.
