Deep-pocketed folks will be pleased to learn that online- and mobile-payment company Dwolla is accepting applications for accounts to have higher transaction limits.
The extensions won’t apply to everyone, however, so illegal drug cartels probably still have to move their dollars the old-fashioned way.
