After announcing their merger last summer, HCSB and Citizens Bank, both based in Texas, have begun to use a new name: Centennial Bank.
The new name kicked in today. As of Jan. 22, Centennial Bank will operate 12 branches and two loan production offices in Texas.
“While our name is changing, our core values are not, and neither are the bankers our customers have come to know and trust,” said Brian Pohlmeier, president of Centennial Bank, in a news release.
