As expected, ING Direct has introduced a new look for its website — making it much easier for customers and visitors to find the information that they need. Two weeks ago, the popular online bank sent notices to customers, alerting them that a redesign was coming in the upcoming weeks.
The new look is cleaner and brighter and the site now has a better navigational tab along the top of each page. Previously, various products were divided in several sections.
For customers, the online-account interface did not experience any major changes — it is practically the same interface as prior to the redesign.
