Currently, Asia has the highest mobile banking penetration, while U.S. consumers use mobile banking with the most frequency.

The report notes that 64 percent of mobile users would like the ability to use their smartphones or tablets to check their accounts, 41 percent would like remote deposit through their smart devices, and 26 percent would like to pay bills on their phones.

The report also states that affluent customers in Asia are the most loyal to their banks, whereas U.S. and European customers reported the lowest loyalty scores.
