The Wallaby mobile app has been released for iPhone devices. The app will recommend which of your credit cards offers the most rewards, cash back, points or miles for a certain purchase.
“You’ll also be a big step closer to swiping smarter with your Wallaby Card when it is launched in early 2013,” Wallaby said in an email to those who have signed up for a Wallaby Card. The Wallaby Card is linked to a consumer’s many credit cards and when it comes time to make a purchase, the Wallaby Card will automatically charge the card that yields the most rewards.
An Android version is expected by the end of the year.
The current version of the app is very similar to another mobile app that recently launched — Glyph. It also tells you which card will offer the most rewards at a certain retailer.
