“easy navigation”
I have 14 CD's with ING. They have the easiest website to navigate. It's extremely user friendly. Access to account information, balances, etc are easy to find. New CD's are easy to purchase. While a few offer slightly higher rates, I recommend ING.
“rude customer service”
After buying two CD's with Giantbank I switched to other banks. The customer service was very rude, kept interupting me, would not let me ask my question and finally told me I could go elsewhere to bank.
