“I've had issues”
I emphasize that Customer Service has always been most professional ,courteous and helpful, even when my identity was stollen, the Fraud Dept. handled it in a timely fashion.
My disapointment is with the Financial Advisor and his Financial Specialist who is no longer with this Branch. How naive of me to assume that a Financial Advisor used to manipulate huge amounts of money would care enough to put the breaks on a small mutual fund of a 73 year old woman, who at this junction has lost more than half Mutual Fund; go from 52K to 23K by Feb of 09. What makes me so angry is that in Nov. and Dec. when the market was on a down turn, I asked what I should to and both times I was told to "do nothing, it will bounce back" Had I been advised to get out and invest in CD's I would have lost a few dollars, like so many other people, but not 60% of my IRA. This is my story with Mr. R.F. III, CLU, ChFC, CFP of Wachovia and their Financial Advisor!
