“this bank is HORRIBLE”
they took money out of my account and then could not tell me where it went! no one seems to know their company policy: for example, one person actually told me i could not close my account in person; i had to do it via phone, which is an outright LIE. these people are rude as well as incompetent. i urged everyone to just walk away from this back. in fact, RUN AWAY.
