I moved to New York three years ago and was recommended WAMU, since then they have been bought out and I have so adjusted to the Chase set up. Overall I see very little difference - pretty good CSR's, terrible rates but amazing convenience. If you live in the city and take out money as often as I do then Chase is definitely the right back for you.
