I loved Wamu , so i thought Chase would have been like them. There rates were adorable, now they re one of the lowest in the US. Customer Service was all right with Wamu, now they are so strict. I have been their customer for over 3 years now. No overdrawn, never paid one fee, and never gone over my limit on my credit card. Things are tough, and i got laidoff from where i worked, so i went over by 4$ on my credit Card. They charged me, for the first time that i went over the limit , a 39$ fee plus 27 worth of interest. My credit is n ot the bast, that for sure, but is not bad at all , thats also for sure. So i thought since i have been a great customer ( i work for a Bank, so i know how people handle their accounts so horribly) i asked for a fee resversal courtesy. They said that they can't because their system would not allow it. I called different times and the same excuse was given to me. So i went to the branch and they told me to call them again because they were BSsing me big time. I hate chase, i had all my money there, but now i switched to Ally Bank ! good Bank ! Chase ? u suc... like pup !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close your account, go to another bank, not chase please
