“5 reasons to not like Banknorth handle your money.”

1. I have yet to talk to a courteous bank manager- they are quick to place blame on the customer.
2. I have yet to talk to a well-informed or speedy bank teller. They have to constantly consult manuals which are cumbersome and do not explain enough.
3. Takes at least 4-5 days for a check to clear, no matter what they tell you.
4. Your overdraft fees double with each mistake, and ATM fees are given back at the end of the month.
5. Online banking is inaccurate, causing you to think you have more money than you do.
