“53rd are The ones who are the Robbers”
This bank is Full of fees and politics. They policies are made out to benifit for them (the bank!). I had someone who was fruadlet going into my checking account writing a $99.00 dollar check I went in an file a dispute and ask for a new account and to close the old account . They told me no because I took out a outstanding balance of $140.00 which is called a early access loan. Which should have been transferred or frozen . the acount was left open and three more checks was written for $99.00 and I was left with overdraft fees of $285.00 I been waiting for 2 months for my money to be return and is still have not heard from them or recieve my money . I have my first of month check direct deposit and thats my only income I have and they just took my money the costumer service is very bad. I recommend no to bank with 53rd bank
