“Are you kidding me?!”
Okay I loved WAMU and I gave Chase many chances. They have taken my money 3 times now in the past 6 months. Mind you I have never went over on my account until Chase took over. This last time was the end of my banking with Chase. I made sure I would be overdrafted on my acoount. I checked online, called and last made sure with a teller i wouldn't go over, she told me no that I had .40 cents in my account and everything was taken out. NOPE I went over .10 Cents! Are you kidding me! I got charged 34.00 for .10 cents!
