Started Banking with them April 2011. I'm happy with them, and they know me. My Chase Bank acct has NO idea who I am.

I have been to all 4 branches. Three in Broken Arrow, and the one in Tulsa, on 51st. I was able to get a free Safe Deposit box for 1 year, starting Jan '12 on a promotion. AVB is a small local community bank, and started 1905, BEFORE Oklahoma became a state! Here is a link to an interesting history: http://www.bankavb.com/aboutavb/companyhistory/index.cfm?

The people who work there are always friendly. Each branch also has candy and snacks out for the little ones. (And big ones when no one is looking.)

There is only one negative that I do not care for. The lobby hours are M-F 9-4, and no hours on Saturday. They do have Drive-In hours: Mon - Fri 7:30am to 6pm and Sat 8:30am to Noon.

As I said, they are a small community bank, but they treat you a HECK of a lot better then those big monster mega-banks. -- Ed
