Terrible wouldn't bank with this place ever
Unbelievable terrible customer service, senior management stinks, concerned about nothing but their bank. I honestly wish I never had a mortgage with them, they practiced predatory lending in my case, who gives $160,000.00 mortgage to someone with a 560 credit scoreThank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?

I opened my account online and then realized I had checks to deposit sooner rather than later, so I took them to the bank, but they would not take them until I completed the validation on my account. Fair enough. Then when I completed the validation, I deposited the checks, and now I get to wait 9 days for the checks to clear, "because I am a new customer." Wow. Thanks. ?? My debit card came fast enough, but I still don't have an available balance. So for a self-proclaimed "Exciting" bank, it's pretty much so far like (in a bad way) everybody else. I will see how I feel over time.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
