Unfriendly and unproffesional stuff.
I recently opened a saving account, because I've already have checking account with them for couple of years I was pretty satisfied. When I was opening checking account there were named "Archer Bank" and they had very nice and professional stuff over there. After they closed my branch and transformed to Byline Bank I rarely visited them because most of my transaction I made online.
Recently, I visited the branch to open a saving account and I am disappointed. The information on their website and flyers don't match the information I received from employee. Minimum monthly balance to avoid fees for saving account supposed to be $200 but in fact it's $500! The employee didn't inform me about rates, she just told me to sign the document with those information, also she didn't ask me if I want to open statement or passbook saving account, she just made the decision for me! She barely said anything to me during the whole process of opening account. The stuff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I'm thinking about closing accounts and move to credit union where stuff is really nice and helpful.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
