    LIARS!!!

    When searching for a Bank to be in control of my daughter special needs trust I talked to representatives from Enterprise bank and trust. During the conversation they promised my a 8 to 10% annual return. They promised they would come here to Texas to talk to us in person.

    THEY LIED!!!!

    When they got my daughters money it was $2.1 million there.....now its $1.5 million and my dauighter has actually spent only about $2000

    Online services aren't good

    This is my elderly mother's bank. I've taken over her finances due to her dementia.

    The online services aren't well-developed compared to what I'm used to with my online banks. For example, you can only see the last 45 days worth of transactions online. Nevertheless, I'm able to use it to pay her bills.

    The interest rate on her checking account compares favorably with my Ally checking account.

    They charged a $5 fee to replace my mother's bank card when she mistakenly thought she'd lost it. They said they'd remove the fee, but they never did.

    I've gotten contradictory information from various customer service reps on more than one occasion. Be sure to note the names of anyone you talk to, because the next person will tell you something different and ask you the name of the person who gave the wrong information.

    Most of the staff I've dealt with have been helpful and friendly with a few exceptions. Of course, it doesn't matter if someone's being friendly if what they tell you turns out to be inaccurate.

    They aren't the worst bank I've ever dealt with, but if it were my account instead of my mother's, I'd probably close it and find a different bank.
