In the year 1885, James H. Davis and Horace F. Flint entered the banking business with paid in capital of $20,000. On July 25 Articles of Incorporation were signed to form the First National Bank. On September 29th, 1894 the shareholders met and voted to re-organize the business of the First National Bank into the Exchange Bank.

This Bank is horrible. Nobody can do anything. All they are capable of is saying " I can't do anything ". They can take your money and open a account for you...........but that is a bad idea, on YOUR part. Consumer be ware !!!!Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
