New Policy! Checking account goes to zero balance and we close it!
Surprise! New Policy - if you're checking account goes to zero balance they close it - no notice whatsoever. Last transaction 2/11 account at zero - not overdrawn but just zero balance. Two weeks later, I went in to make a deposit, the account was closed on 2/18. If you want to reopen it, you need to keep money in a savings account or your checking account will be closed if it goes to zero balance.
Support your local bank? /Not any more. They are just as sleazy as the national banks with the extra added attraction of higher fees for everything and not even a letter in the mail to tell you your account has been closed.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
