Polite, caring and very professional service.
Among other things, having spent 30+ years living and working abroad and having been robbed of all our personal possessions, all my banking has tended to get rather complicated at times but the professionals at Fidelity work diligently to weed through the confusion and justly get my needs taken care of. Programmers at Fidelity Bank (KS) not doing their jobs
Microsoft announced over a year ago that computers would be upgraded to a new operating system, Windows 10, and on July 29, 2015 systems world wide were updated to this new OS. Yet the programmers at Fidelity are completely in the dark as because of this customers who upgraded their computers are locked out of their accounts. Talk about a third rate bank. As I told the customer service representative I spoke to that if I can not get into my account by Monday I would switch banks to a bank that has their customer's interest as a priority. If I end up switching banks at least I will not have to pay for the stupid adds they run that cost millions.Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
