    Terrible In Branch Customer Service

    The bank itself has been ok, however the customer service is absolutely terrible! Today was the last straw, I was actually assisted by the "Branch Supervisor" and he did not even have the decency to say hello, how may I help you, just immediately asked if I wanted a withdraw. After the transaction they offered no thank you or have a good day. He acted as if I interupted his leisurely Sunday. The only reason I am with this bank is because I relocated and my bank was not in Texas, and this bank is inside the Kroger across from my apartment. As someone who has worked for customer service for years, I'll say this can make or break a persons experience and wanting to return. I do not want to return and will close my account Monday.

    Awful Services

    Badd Badd They are some Ripoffs!!! They will find every reason to Charge u Fees... Run Far as u Can!!!

    Awful

    Put me on hold on the phone for 15minutes and told me they would answer my call when "they were done being busy". So because I called on the phone to ask why my money is missing from my account, I am last to be waited on? Do not bank here. Not my first time with a bad experience with them. I gave them another chance but I worked at a bank before and these people are rude and unprofessional.
