    Predatory

    First National Bank of America auctioned my sister's house knowing that they were violating State, Federal Constitutional rights guaranteed to disabled people. They knew for a fact that she was a victim of criminal financial abuse but refused to grant the extension that would allow her to satisfy the bank. They made a huge profit by doing this. My sister was an easy target. They shot her right through the heart just to make a buck. Citizens with disabilities beware, with FNBA you have no rights.
