    Surprised by treatment

    My husband and I have had accounts with FNB for years with no problems or issues. The tellers at this branch ,however, lack customer relation skills. I went into this branch to deposit cash and I had some wrapped coin. I have gone to different FNB banks with wrapped coin and have never had a problem. The teller said she would not accept my 5 dollar coin wrappers because she felt they weren't consistent. I suggested taking one of those wrappers and count it. That was not done. I took all of the cash back and opened up a new account with another bank with no issue and will shortly be closing accounts with FNB. It is unfortunate that there is no consistency among the branches.

    Insane fees & no flexibility

    My account got overdrawn by $2. It has never been overdrawn before. The day I found out about it, I made a cash & check deposit and called their "customer service" department to complain that $49 in overdraft fees for a $2 overdraw is excessive and unreasonable. Their answer - it's the bank's policy and they would not reverse even some of the charges. Since they bought Metro Bank they have cut hours, cut services, and have inflexible policies even for good, long time customers. I'll be finding a new bank and recommend you find a different one, too. BTW, how does FNB get a B+ rating on this site when every review they've received except one is one star?

    Terrible , insulting

    I have been treated poorly a number of times. I've had complaints that I continually call about and I never receive return calls. I have had issues with deposits and charges that are incorrect and they are not fixed and my calls are not returned. I was told that no one could help me with being charged 74 in overdraft fees b/c I was in the negative $1.!!! They told me to call 1800 number I did and they said it's at the local branches discretion. Local branch said there is literally no one to take my complaint!!! No office or department!!
