    terrible. fraud stricken. shifty disloyal to customer bank employes

    Dearest Sirs, First Premier Bank gave me a credit line for $700.00 for what i'm very grateful. Although going through difficult times, last March cancelled in full the balance and was instructed to destroy the card which i did. At that time, i also requested a written notice of such actions to FPB rep. I got a letter stating so, but dated 03/28/13. Months later, started to receive letters from FPB to cancel my balance. They claim there was a later than account closing date charge for 60.02
    In different calls, they changed the date from 03/21 to 03/27 and also, as this transaction refers to a gasoline charge, the gas station from Ft.Lauderdale to Key Biscayne which I do use often both, but said actions brought up an alarm so I requested an affidavit and copy of receipt as well as possibly other proof of transaction.
    To this day I have received none of this, but FPB reported to all 4 credit agencies and started a pattern of disrupting telephone harassing calls specially after hours and week-ends.
    They probably also found easier to re-open my account and keep charging me for interest and late-fees than provide proof of purchase as required.
    That is the stage we are today, as they send monthly statements for an account I do have letter of closing dated 03/28/13
    I beg you please to help/ mediate in this case, as is another stance of customer abuse probably by under-trained/paid workers that don't mind about tarnishing First Premier Bank name from the customer point of view.
